Asset Guidance Group believes we have a better solution to the problem of having to consistently re-model client investment portfolios each quarter by developing our own tactically traded models. This way, by tactically reacting to market conditions on the fly, we increase our probability of having desired performance levels. We constantly work to not only make money, we strive to avoid losing money in our models through hedging strategies, by simply taking percentages of the accounts to cash, etc. This type of money-management was once only available to institutions for very large account balances. Now, because our custodian allows fractional shares trading, we can provide this service to you through a fee-based only account without compromising performance. Best: because of our custodian’s efficiencies and technology platform, we can do this for less and with $0 transactions costs!*
Tactical Managed Money is:
- Active Money Management
- Attention by a Professional Manager
- Flexibility to Use Multiple Asset Classes
- Frequent monitoring of Model Component fundamentals and technical indicators
- Ultimate Asset Protection: go to Cash in turbulent conditions to mitigate risk which results in
- Optimal performance meaning Asset Appreciation plus Asset Preservation!
The goal of tactical money management is to:
- Capture the upside or Positive Performance
- Avoid “Drawdowns” or Negative Performance.

To be able to provide these higher-quality, less expensive fee-based only services to you (no commission—fee based only to ensure we provide you with what is in your best interests), our client, I decided to make Asset Guidance Group, LLC (AGG) a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). AGG is a Registered Investment Advisor with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Securities Division and is governed by the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. As such, AGG and I must always do what is in the best interest of the client. That’s nothing new to me, as I’ve always been a fiduciary for my clients as an attorney. But, for the financial services side of our practice, it is quite a change from the traditional model we used with our previous broker/dealers. Currently, we can offer tactically managed money for advisory fees up to 1.45% annually, billed periodically, and frequently for less. For most of you, that may be a serious discount off your current contract if you wind up making more money than you were previously. Even better: Although it operates nationally, AGG is a Georgia-based limited liability company owned and operated by a Georgia resident based in Roswell, GA.
Past Performance Is No Guarantee of Future Performance
We also provide third-party money management for your in-service qualified plans with our award-winning tactical money managers who work routinely with corporate HR departments and plan fiduciaries. Formerly, we were having to undertake this task because the classical solutions offered by the traditional broker/dealer model only allow you to make money when the markets are going up—a one-directional proposition. These money-managers tactically-trade their proprietary mutual fund portfolios within many major corporate 401k plans and work with plan fiduciaries.
Please refer to individual investment manager for specific fees, expenses and performance information.
Investments in securities do not offer a fix rate of return. Principal, yield and/or share price will fluctuate with changes in market conditions and, when sold or redeemed, you may receive more or less than originally invested. No system or financial planning strategy can guarantee future results. Therefore, no current or prospective client should assume that future performance or any specific investment, investment strategy or product will be profitable.
Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of any mutual fund or ETF family . This and other important information is contained in the prospectus which can be obtained by calling your Registered Representative. Read prospectus carefully before investing.
*Individual trading outside of subscribed models are still subject to a transaction cost per trade established by our custodian over which we have no control. Don’t be naive though–Schwab, TD-Ameritrade and the like charge the same thing they may just call it something else.
